June 24, Mandaluyong City — SysNet is proud to announce that it has been awarded a five-year Value-Added Service (VAS) license by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for its innovative patented URL calling service, AirPBX. This license, issued under VAS CERT No VAS-2026-0158/NEW, authorizes SysNet to operate and market its branded AirPBX platform across the Philippines, encompassing a comprehensive suite of communication solutions.

AirPBX offers a revolutionary approach to voice communications, eliminating the need for traditional trunklines. Unlike conventional telephony, AirPBX enables web-based calling via URL or QR code without requiring users to dial numbers. This cost-effective alternative significantly reduces expenses compared to traditional trunklines and provides enterprises with a flexible, scalable communication platform.

Key features of AirPBX include:

1. Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS)

2. Web-to-Phone / Click-to-Call Service

3. URL Link and QR Code Initiated Calls

4. Customer Hotline and Voicebot Platform SaaS

A standout advantage of AirPBX is its ability to accept voice calls directly from the web to any VoIP endpoint—bypassing trunkline infrastructure. This capability enhances call center accessibility, increases voice engagement, and reduces operational costs by leveraging advanced Voice AI technologies such as Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Large Language Models (LLM), integrated with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) databases.

With the widespread internet access on mobile devices across the Philippines, AirPBX can connect more Filipinos to voice services seamlessly, making it an ideal solution for customer support, product inquiries, voice command payments, and other AI-driven voice applications. Its flexibility also makes it a perfect trunkline replacement or an additional communication channel, particularly for OFWs and inbound calls, providing a cost-effective, scalable, and efficient alternative for enterprise communication needs.

SysNet’s AirPBX system, protected by the innovative IPOS Philippines patent granted in 2025, is positioned to transform the landscape of voice communications in the Philippines—delivering more accessible, affordable, and intelligent voice services to businesses and consumers alike.
